This feature allows you to search the database using information you already possess
to assess the likelihood that the transaction is fraudulent.
The Search Fraudster page is split into two parts.
• To the right of the window is a form that you will use to search the database
• The centre of the window displays the results of your search in a table
To search the database:
1. You must first be logged in
2. Click Search Fraudster in the Navigation pane
The Search Fraudster page opens
3. Type the information you have about the fraud into the Search
Fraudster form
4. Click Search
All matched records are displayed in a table.
