The CardAware™ service allows you to receive alerts when a new entry
is made into the
fraudster database. You are allowed to choose the way you receive it. The options are
1. Instantly
By choosing option 1, the CardAware™ system will send an email alert each time a new
entry is made into the CardAware™ fraudster database.
2. Daily
By choosing option 2, the CardAware™ system will compile all the entries
made into the CardAware™ fraudster database over the last 24 hours and send an email report every day.
This report is normally sent out at 5pm each day.
3. Never
By choosing option 3, The CardAware™ service will not send you any email
alerts.
To change your current chosen option
1. You must first be logged in.
2. Click Edit My Email Alerts in the navigation pane.
The Edit My Email Alerts page will be shown.
In the center of this page your current option is indicated by a radio button.
3. Click the radio button next to your new option.
4. Click the update option button
Confirmation that we have received your new instructions is clearly shown in a red box.
This section also allows you to change the email address that we send the email alerts to you.
1. Type in to the email address box the new address
2. Click the update option button
