Search Modes
The search engine has two modes:
• Match All
With this option selected the search will look for records that contain all of the
information you have entered.
For example, if you type in
o Name: Donald Duck
Then only records relating to Donald Duck are returned.
• Match Any
With this option selected the search will look for records that contain any of
the information you have entered.
For example, if you type in
o Name: Donald Duck
Then records relating to: Donald Duck, and Donald Smith, and John Duck are
returned.
Partial words.
Partial words are also accepted in search fields.
For example, if you type in
• Last Name: Mo
Then records relating to: Mickey Mouse, and Minnie Mouse, and Bullwinkle Moose
are returned because they contain the letters Mo.
Note search patterns are not case sensitive
